- Messages and issue reports you send through the app

If you choose to share your GPS position—e.g., when selecting a location in the map—we process:
- Approximate or precise location
This is only collected after you grant permission in your device settings, and is not used for tracking. You can revoke this at any time.
2.3 No automatic collection
We do not collect:
- Device identifiers
- Contact lists
- Photos (unless you attach them voluntarily)
- Cookies for advertising
- Analytics for tracking
- Third-party advertising data
- Data from external services
We do not use third-party trackers.
3. Why We Process Personal Data

We use your data only to deliver FriendlyQ’s functionality:

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
5. Data Storage and Security
We store personal data securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
Your data may be stored on servers within the EU/EEA or in approved countries under GDPR adequacy decisions.
We ensure that all processors offer appropriate safeguards per GDPR Articles 28–46.

- Your building operator or administrator, to handle your issue reports
- Trusted service providers (data processors) who host or maintain our system
All third parties are bound by data processing agreements and cannot use your data for any other purpose.
We do not share data with advertisers or third-party marketing companies.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described:
- Account data: retained until your account is deleted
- Issue reports & messages: retained for the operational lifetime of the building operator’s account or as required by law
- Location data: not stored unless included in a report by you
You may request deletion at any time.

9. Children’s Privacy
FriendlyQ is not intended for children under 16.
